The aim of this meeting is to bring together Lambeth’s many community, political and Trade Union groups against the threat of the cuts to our community.
The ConDem government want to end security of tenure for council tenants and the cuts in housing benefit will hurt tenants across the whole rented sector if we allow the government to get away with it.
Tenants, leaseholders and council workers all need to stand together against cuts.
We would like you to spread the word about this public meeting and encourage people to attend.
If you would like some postcards to give out to advertise the event ,( attached ) you can either pick up from Unison office , Acre Lane , opposite Lambeth Town Hall , between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday ,
